Specialized Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining deep product knowledge and demonstrating superior sales behaviors
• Establish strong connections with customers to provide an unparalleled shopping experience
• Support the management team by leading floor movement and motivating staff to exceed sales targets
• Execute store opening and closing procedures as a part-time key holder
• Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and maintaining floor and warehouse cleanliness
• Manage inventory tasks including processing, restocking, and organizing the warehouse

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment
• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving individual performance results
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in computer use and experience operating cash registers
• Bilingual skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
