Specialized Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining deep product knowledge and demonstrating superior sales behaviors
• Establish strong connections with customers to provide an unparalleled shopping experience
• Support the management team by providing leadership on the sales floor and motivating staff to exceed targets
• Execute store opening and closing procedures as a part-time key holder
• Manage operational tasks including restocking merchandise, monitoring inventory, and maintaining floor cleanliness
• Organize the warehouse to ensure logical placement, labeling, and cleanliness

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment
• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving individual performance results
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in computer use and experience operating cash registers
• Bilingual skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
