Specialized Consultant (Key Holder)

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining deep product knowledge and demonstrating superior sales behaviors
• Establish strong connections and relationships with customers to provide an unparalleled experience
• Lead store opening and closing procedures when management is not present
• Assist with floor movement, merchandising, display maintenance, and maintaining store cleanliness
• Support the management team by motivating staff to exceed sales targets
• Manage inventory tasks including processing, restocking merchandise, and organizing the warehouse

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment
• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving individual performance results
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in computer use and experience with cash registers
• Bilingual skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
