Specialized Consultant

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange domestic and international business travel, including air, road, rail, and accommodations
• Conduct research on travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to provide additional services
• Utilize Sabre GDS to manage complex travel bookings
• Ensure compliance with customer travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements
• Provide professional telephone service and address special customer requests
• Collaborate with team members to provide coaching and constructive feedback to improve service levels

Requirements

• Native GDS expertise, specifically with Sabre
• Strong understanding of the travel industry (business travel, leisure, or airline reservations)
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to handle personal traveler information with integrity
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, to support 24/7 operations
• Proven ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently
