Specialized Accounting – Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations and deliver timely financial reporting, including regulatory and SEC reporting, for FX products
• Monitor daily reconciliations, resolve breaks, and ensure FX FO reports agree to the GL
• Prepare and review daily FX P&L and weekly regulatory reports such as FC1 and FIN 39
• Coordinate month-end close activities, prepare account reconciliations, and perform ledger to source system tie-outs
• Execute quarterly regulatory reporting, CCAR CFO attestation testing, and SOX control testing
• Develop and mentor the team to adopt an owner’s mindset and provide accounting analysis on complex issues
• Drive process improvements, automation, and maintain comprehensive process documentation

Requirements

• CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) with 10–12 years of R2R experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and derivatives accounting
• Proven experience with SOX, controls testing, and audits
• Extensive experience in global close and reporting processes
• Advanced MS Excel and Office skills
• Exposure to Oracle Financials and Hyperion Essbase
