Responsibilities

• Ensure a seamless mortgage application process by maintaining transparent communication and building trust.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including appraisers, to facilitate loan approvals and closings in compliance with regulations.
• Stay informed on market trends, mortgage products, and industry regulations to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Maintain mobility to remain accessible and adapt to client preferences.

Requirements

• At least three years of proven experience in the mortgage industry or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to succeed in a commission-based sales environment.
• Bilingualism in French and English is required to serve a diverse clientele.
