Specialista Lanci e Avanzamento Collezione Miu Miu

Responsibilities

• Organize laboratory activities based on workload in coordination with pattern making and product managers
• Create production orders and manage the launch of work orders
• Verify material stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing office for necessary requests
• Monitor the delivery status of raw materials and semi-finished goods
• Track the progress of pattern making and CAD departments
• Plan and manage the shipment of raw materials to laboratories
• Monitor production progress and organize the timely return of finished garments
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and laboratories for sample and runway collection production
• Report progress and operational issues to the Product Office Manager

Requirements

• Technical diploma or university degree
• 3-4 years of experience in sample development, pre-production, or production within the luxury textile/apparel sector
• Strong knowledge of BOM (DIBA) management and material monitoring (stock control, procurement, and criticality management)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400
• Fluency in English
• Strong organizational, relational, and teamwork skills
• Precision, flexibility, and goal orientation

Preferred Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of garment construction and various manufacturing processes
