About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute day to day activities related to business as usual use of Wdesk solutions across AA plc
  • Coordinate and prioritise change requests with key stakeholders and manage delivery by support partners
  • Identify improvement initiatives and support local workspace owners
  • Manage roll forward and release activities across workspaces for reporting cycles
  • Manage incidents to closure by coordinating across stakeholders
  • Proactively communicate system outages and support functional upgrade releases
  • Ensure adherence to controls, compliance, and audit processes, including SOC reviews
  • Provide subject matter expertise for design and optimisation
  • Maintain and develop training material and documentation
  • Support vendor support and software agreement renewal processes
  • Support colleagues in the use of Vivantio

Requirements

  • Wdesk knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge of controls and compliance is a benefit
  • Systems competence with ability to grasp new concepts
  • Logical, structured, and analytical mindset
