Specialist, Wellbeing - Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Support individuals and teams working in Content Moderation dealing with highly sensitive content
• Conduct individual counseling sessions to guide and support employees
• Perform psychometric and needs assessments to monitor employee health
• Develop and lead group workshops and talks on topics such as work-life balance, stress, anger, and depression
• Monitor employee wellbeing data and develop individual strategies in partnership with the Wellbeing Leader
• Manage critical cases with appropriate escalation and maintain secure, confidential records
• Create employee health reports and manage wellbeing dashboards

Requirements

• Degree in Psychology with an active CRP registration
• Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Proven experience as a Clinical or Organizational Psychologist
• Strong emotional control and the ability to manage pressure, conflict, and delicate situations
• Excellent communication skills and an empathetic approach
• Ability to work 100% onsite in São Paulo (Barra Funda) on a 5x2 rotating shift (19:00 to 05:00)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in client management or content moderation environments
• Additional certifications in various therapeutic modalities
