Specialist - Vendor Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end User ID management and lifecycle processes, including creation, maintenance, and deactivation.
• Oversee billing and optimization by reconciling invoices from external collection agencies and improving workflow efficiency.
• Ensure 100% compliance by validating agent onboarding documentation and auditing operational processes.
• Maintain comprehensive operational data and provide regular status updates through detailed reporting.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Operations Management or a similar Vendor Operations function.
• Strong data expertise with the ability to clean, analyze, and manage large operational datasets.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced data logic formulas.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
