Specialist, Trustee Operations

Responsibilities

• Order appraisals and update systems with relevant documents and information
• Review and execute foreclosure files for the litigation team and appear in court if necessary
• Manage communications with borrowers, lienholders, realtors, and attorneys via phone, email, and fax
• Work with co-counsel on foreclosure issues and third-party surplus files
• Process mail, monitor phones, and assist visitors at the Maryland physical office
• Review, execute, and upload documents for the remote trustee team
• Maintain and update team manuals and provide assistance to team members
• Perform document recording and quality control tasks

Requirements

• Experience in Mortgage Trustee Servicing, title servicing, or foreclosure
• Experience with reverse mortgage services
• Strong understanding of trustee services, processes, and procedures
• Experience with document recording in a title or trustee capacity
• Notary certification
• Must be located in Maryland
