Specialist – Tools & Infrastructure Reliability

Responsibilities

• Advise development teams on technology and tooling choices to improve service robustness
• Train and guide teams in improving CI/CD systems
• Design, operate, and own build, configuration, versioning, and publishing pipelines
• Implement CI/CD tooling, IaC, and secure deployments
• Maintain tooling products to deliver service quality via internal SLOs
• Collaborate with development teams to diagnose and resolve online service issues
• Manage Cloud environments and establish incident-management processes
• Define and track SLA/SLO/SLI and deploy observability tools

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field
• 5–8 years of experience in software development and system administration
• Experience with infrastructure automation and Cloud environments
• Experience managing high-throughput systems and designing resilient architectures
• Proficiency in Python, Go, C#, or C++
• Knowledge of CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps) and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry)
• Experience with Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and networking (DNS, CDN, Load Balancing)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Unreal Engine 5
• Strong understanding of DevOps methodology
• Advanced infrastructure automation experience
