Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute testing for ServiceNow version upgrades
  • Test custom applications built on the NOW platform
  • Ensure the stability and functionality of ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules

Requirements

  • Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in testing ServiceNow version upgrades
  • At least 2 years of experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM
  • Proven experience testing custom applications on the NOW platform

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with automation testing using ATF (Automated Test Framework)
  • Proficiency in Selenium and Java for testing purposes
