Specialist - Supply Chain Solutions

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end implementation of third-party Supplier Collaboration Tools to enhance connectivity and operational efficiency
• Conduct comprehensive user training through webinars, live sessions, system demos, and interactive learning modules
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure tool adoption and successful go-live transitions
• Coordinate connection setup, testing, UAT for enhancements, and post-go-live troubleshooting
• Support global Procurement Automation initiatives in alignment with corporate directives
• Create and maintain end-user training documentation and project reports
• Build and maintain metrics related to supplier onboarding and transaction statuses
• Interact with procurement teams, site management, and global stakeholders to ensure seamless communication

Requirements

• Graduate degree in B.E, B.Tech, MCA, or MBA
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in supply chain, EMS, or retail industries
• Knowledge of ERP environments such as SAP, Baan, or LN
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong English communication skills, specifically for delivering training and presentations
• Strong negotiation, requirement gathering, and gap analysis abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end supplier or customer implementation
• Experience handling EDI support projects
