Specialist, Supply Chain Analytics

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase machinery, equipment, tools, raw materials, and services necessary for organizational operations.
• Compile and analyze statistical data to determine buying feasibility and establish price objectives.
• Monitor price trends and manufacturing processes to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality or reliability.
• Review proposals, negotiate pricing, select suppliers, and manage the end-to-end order follow-up process.
• Administer and execute material and service contracts with suppliers.
• Communicate effectively with Division GSM and Category Management teams.
• Provide direction to subordinates and monitor daily unit operations to ensure project completion on schedule.

Requirements

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree from a reputed university.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in global sourcing and managing international suppliers.
• Knowledge of procurement analytics tools and spend analysis platforms.
• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
• Familiarity with compliance and ethical sourcing standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of plastic molding tools and processes.
• Experience working within a matrixed, global organization.
• Strong background in sustainability and responsible sourcing.
