Specialist, Supply Chain Analyst

Responsibilities

• Create new vendor requests and maintain existing supplier records across Oracle, Costpoint, and SAP systems
• Review Annual Business Certification forms to ensure supplier compliance with FAR, DFARS, and internal policies
• Prepare and maintain organized Supplier Business Certification packages to support document traceability and data accuracy
• Partner with Accounts Payable to resolve supplier record issues, including name changes, taxpayer ID updates, and banking changes
• Support internal and external audit activities, including audit walkthroughs and reconciliations across multiple systems
• Maintain document integrity through well-organized electronic filing systems
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives through data collection and analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of supply chain experience, OR
• Graduate Degree and 2 years of supply chain experience, OR
• 8 years of supply chain experience in lieu of a degree
• 2 years of experience using Costpoint
