About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the execution and ongoing evaluation of multiple concurrent projects within the Strategic Framework for Student Well-Being.
- Provide direct support to the Steering, Working, and Backbone Committees by preparing materials and facilitating meetings.
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports for framework initiatives.
- Build and maintain working relationships with diverse stakeholders across the University.
- Collaborate with communications teams to share information and elicit feedback from the community.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify campus trends, gaps, and strengths.
- Design and implement various assessment and evaluation activities, including benchmarking studies.
- Supervise student employees and volunteers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of closely related experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Proven ability in group facilitation and professional presentations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and virtual meeting platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s or advanced degree in public health, health promotion, education, or humanities.
- Knowledge of and experience working with a Collective Impact framework.
- Experience in large-scale project management.
- Experience working with college students and a strong interest in higher education.
