About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution and ongoing evaluation of multiple concurrent projects within the Strategic Framework for Student Well-Being.
  • Provide direct support to the Steering, Working, and Backbone Committees by preparing materials and facilitating meetings.
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports for framework initiatives.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with diverse stakeholders across the University.
  • Collaborate with communications teams to share information and elicit feedback from the community.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify campus trends, gaps, and strengths.
  • Design and implement various assessment and evaluation activities, including benchmarking studies.
  • Supervise student employees and volunteers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of closely related experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Strong skills in data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability in group facilitation and professional presentations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and virtual meeting platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s or advanced degree in public health, health promotion, education, or humanities.
  • Knowledge of and experience working with a Collective Impact framework.
  • Experience in large-scale project management.
  • Experience working with college students and a strong interest in higher education.
