Specialist, Strategic Procurement, Engines Materials and USM

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement of factory new and used serviceable engine parts, specifically for IAE V2500 engines.
• Oversee engine teardown projects and optimize inventory levels to ensure technical suitability and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain global supplier networks, negotiating purchase terms and monitoring vendor performance.
• Maintain accurate procurement data within ERP systems and generate reports for audit readiness.
• Perform inventory value optimization and valuation modeling, including analyzing repair costs, LLP cycles, and market values.
• Collaborate with technical, commercial, leasing, and finance teams to maximize the value of used engine assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in strategic or operational procurement within the aviation, aerospace, or MRO sectors.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Strong expertise in supplier negotiations, contract management, and strategic sourcing.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in inventory management and valuation modeling.
• Deep understanding of aviation regulatory and quality compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM.
• Proven experience managing complex teardown projects and cross-functional coordination.
