Specialist Software Engineer (Full Stack Development)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy complex full-stack applications using cloud technology.
• Develop innovative solutions utilizing generative AI, LLMs, and RAG patterns.
• Define and implement robust software architectures on the cloud, with a preference for AWS.
• Take ownership of software projects from conception to deployment, managing scope, risk, and timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high quality and adherence to best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation regarding architecture, design, and operations.
• Rapidly prototype concepts and translate them into working code.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Full Stack development using Python, JavaScript, and SQL/NoSQL.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services and well-architected cloud design principles.
• Experience building or integrating applications with generative AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, or RAG patterns.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with API integration, serverless computing, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with DevOps/MLOps CI/CD build and deployment pipelines.
• Cloud Computing certification.
