Specialist Software Engineer (Full Stack Development)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy complex full-stack applications using cloud technologies
• Develop innovative solutions utilizing generative AI, LLMs, and RAG patterns
• Define and implement robust software architectures on the cloud, with a preference for AWS
• Take ownership of software projects from conception to deployment, managing scope, risk, and timelines
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high quality and adherence to best practices
• Create and maintain technical documentation regarding architecture, design, and operations
• Collaborate closely with product, business, and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in full-stack development using Python, JavaScript, and SQL/NoSQL
• Hands-on experience with cloud services and well-architected cloud design principles
• Experience building or integrating applications with generative AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, or RAG patterns
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with API integration, serverless computing, and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI
• Experience with DevOps/MLOps CI/CD build and deployment pipelines
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and design patterns
• Cloud computing certification
