Specialist Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and configuration of Salesforce and Veeva CRM solutions to support business capabilities.
• Develop scalable Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, Flows, and APIs following platform best practices.
• Support and enhance Copado-based CI/CD pipelines to enable automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to plan releases and manage technical constraints.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, and adherence to Salesforce development standards.
• Develop innovative solutions using generative AI technologies and maintain technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, deployment failures, and performance bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 9-12 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce CRM Developer.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with the Salesforce security model (OWD, sharing rules, profiles, and permissions).
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git and SFDX.
• Salesforce Developer 2 certification.
• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification.
• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Veeva CRM Systems Administrator certification.
• Experience with Veeva CRM and large-scale CRM migrations.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado, ANT, or packaged solutions.
• Experience integrating off-platform solutions like testing platforms or code scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines.
