Specialist - Sales Operations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export operations processes including contracts administration, invoicing, and export document management
• Manage delivery schedules, freight booking, vessel nomination, and customs clearance
• Perform inventory management and monthly reconciliations
• Analyze and process Letters of Credit and manage invoice generation and overdue payments
• Build and develop long-term relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers/suppliers
• Support Nickel business export planning and maintain sales data accuracy
• Assist with Nickel event coordination and general office administration

Requirements

• Experience in sales operations, planning, or analysis within the resources sector
• Knowledge of commodities value chains and marketing fundamentals
• Experience in transport logistics and overall sales operations
• Understanding of third-party contract processes and payments
• Knowledge of transactional product specifications and delivery terms
• Proficiency in managing offtake arrangements and pre-export finance
