About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate export operations processes including contracts administration, invoicing, and export document management
- Manage delivery schedules, freight booking, vessel nomination, and customs clearance
- Perform inventory management and monthly reconciliations
- Analyze and process Letters of Credit and manage invoice generation and overdue payments
- Build and develop long-term relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers/suppliers
- Support Nickel business export planning and maintain sales data accuracy
- Assist with Nickel event coordination and general office administration
Requirements
- Experience in sales operations, planning, or analysis within the resources sector
- Knowledge of commodities value chains and marketing fundamentals
- Experience in transport logistics and overall sales operations
- Understanding of third-party contract processes and payments
- Knowledge of transactional product specifications and delivery terms
- Proficiency in managing offtake arrangements and pre-export finance
