About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver recurring sales analytics including pipeline reporting, forecast tracking, and sales performance scorecards.
- Analyze pipeline health, conversion trends, and forecast accuracy to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Support territory planning, quota setting, and compensation-linked metrics through data modeling and reporting frameworks.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across sales and finance systems using structured root cause analysis.
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to translate complex datasets into intuitive visualizations.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract and transform data from CRM, cloud data warehouses, and finance systems.
- Prototype Generative AI-driven solutions to modernize how the sales organization consumes insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience with Tableau, including dashboard design and data storytelling.
- Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries (joins, subqueries, CTEs) across large datasets.
- Experience working with Salesforce data models and familiarity with sales/finance reporting systems.
- Deep understanding of go-to-market metrics such as pipeline, bookings, revenue, and forecasting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to or a strong interest in Generative AI and AI-assisted analytics for sales use cases.
- Proven ability to solve ambiguous analytical challenges and deliver structured recommendations.
