Specialist, Risk & Internal Audit

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-based audits, investigations, and special projects
• Identify, assess, and monitor corporate, operational, and strategic risks
• Perform interviews, workshops, process analyses, and root cause assessments
• Prepare executive reports and practical recommendations for risk mitigation and governance improvement
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and support management decision-making
• Monitor action plans and risk treatment initiatives
• Contribute to strengthening risk management, governance, and continuous process improvement

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields
• Experience in Internal Audit and/or Risk Management
• Knowledge of risk management, corporate governance, and audit methodologies
• Ability to evaluate processes and identify root causes
• Skill in preparing executive reports and presentations
• Advanced or fluent English
• Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
• Knowledge of data analysis, automation, analytics, or Artificial Intelligence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Big Four firms
• Experience in Telecom, Infrastructure, or other regulated sectors
