About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing regional event strategies, including experiential marketing and participation in major global initiatives.
  • Support end-to-end event planning, including vetting, sourcing, budget management, and on-site execution.
  • Contribute to audience acquisition plans grounded in data-driven insights to drive pipeline generation.
  • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting, and data analysis to provide actionable program performance summaries.
  • Optimize event processes for scalability and efficiency through meticulous planning and documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial teams and manage multiple external parties effectively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in event management, preferably within payments, fintech, or an event agency.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
  • Operational proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, or Zoom.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 20%-40% of the time for event management.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for data-driven decision making.
