About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage product complaint investigations to ensure thorough resolution
  • Perform data analysis and trending of complaint information
  • Proactively detect quality signals and take appropriate corrective actions in a timely manner
  • Support the overall product complaint system and maintain compliance standards

Requirements

  • Engineering degree (Industrial Engineering preferred) with relevant experience:
  • Doctorate or Masters + 2 years of directly related experience
  • Bachelors + 4 years of directly related experience
  • Associates + 8 years of directly related experience
  • High school/GED + 10 years of directly related experience
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Experience conducting root cause analysis and determining Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs)
  • Strong quality mindset and deep knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams
  • Proficiency in using artificial intelligence tools, such as ChatGPT
