About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage product complaint investigations to ensure thorough resolution
- Perform data analysis and trending of complaint information
- Proactively detect quality signals and take appropriate corrective actions in a timely manner
- Support the overall product complaint system and maintain compliance standards
Requirements
- Engineering degree (Industrial Engineering preferred) with relevant experience:
- Doctorate or Masters + 2 years of directly related experience
- Bachelors + 4 years of directly related experience
- Associates + 8 years of directly related experience
- High school/GED + 10 years of directly related experience
- Proven experience in project management
- Experience conducting root cause analysis and determining Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs)
- Strong quality mindset and deep knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams
- Proficiency in using artificial intelligence tools, such as ChatGPT
