Specialist Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality-related activities to deliver consistent, high-quality documents, services, products, and processes
• Ensure compliance with site-level policies, procedures, and industry standards
• Apply basic Risk Management principles and participate in the development of risk management files
• Investigate complex complaints and ensure compliant documentation
• Identify areas for process improvement within design control and change control
• Coordinate quality decisions between different quality and engineering groups
• Participate in the development of validation packages, design plans, and risk management deliverables (e.g., FMEAs)
• Proactively identify systemic quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as CAPA effectiveness and root cause elimination
• Act as a quality subject matter expert (SME) and participate in internal, external, and regulatory audits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Quality or a related field
