Specialist, QC Analytical

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples
• Execute testing for method transfer, validation, and verification processes
• Conduct data verification and review of GMP documentation for general methods
• Assist with document revision, CAPA, and deviation/investigation tasks
• Support continuous improvement efforts and project-related duties
• Train analysts on general job duties and laboratory protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent (HLO in bioanalytical science preferred)
• 2+ years of relevant analytical testing or QC experience, preferably in a regulated environment
• Demonstrated experience in cell and molecular biology techniques (e.g., cell-based assays, flow cytometry, qPCR, ELISA, and aseptic technique)
• Strong understanding of Global Regulatory and cGMP requirements
• Ability to accurately interpret and apply technical protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of LIMS, ELN, and laboratory data analysis systems
• Experience writing technical documents
• Strong problem-solving mentality and logical technical aptitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
