Specialist PS Core - GSD

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design, planning, and optimization of PS Core network projects to deliver global optimization for Ericsson customers.
• Accountable for day-to-day delivery of assigned projects towards established milestones.
• Plan and design networks based on capacity requirements and interfaces, including eNodeB, IP Core, MME, PGW, HSS, PCRF, DSC, and SGW.
• Optimize networks according to customer subscriber bases and perform parameter tuning.
• Conduct QoS, parameter, and capacity audits as per customer requirements.
• Perform KPI analysis and provide recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.
• Execute network upgrades and new installations.
• Support RFP discussions, BoQ finalization, and ordering processes.
• Manage customer relationships and handle technical inquiries.

Requirements

• B.Tech or B.E. degree from a recognized and accredited institution.
• End-to-end knowledge of PS Core network as a solution architect.
• Proven experience in PS Core planning, design, and optimization.
• Strong fundamentals in 2G, 3G, and 4G technologies.
• Experience leading large engineering teams and managing multiple markets.
• Comprehensive understanding of the PS Core life-cycle (deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting).
• Proficiency in automation concepts.
• Strong technical knowledge of Core Networks and E2E network architecture.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Experience with multi-vendor PS Core environments.
