Specialist PS Core - GSD

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project delivery aligned with Market Area requirements
• Analyze and troubleshoot network KPI degradation issues
• Lead design, deployment, configuration, and root cause analysis for network problems
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
• Ensure all KPIs consistently meet agreed SLAs and performance targets
• Drive adherence to standard working methodologies and best practices

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in PS Core networks
• Deep expertise in Evolved Packet Core (EPC) and 5G Core (5GC) technologies
• Hands-on experience with MME, AMF, PCC, SGW, PGW, SMF, UPF, PCG, and DNS
• Proficiency with network probing tools such as Wireshark, TShark, or NetScout
• Strong end-to-end troubleshooting capabilities for packet core KPI optimization
• Solid understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience in virtualization and cloud-native environments (NFVi, VMware, OpenStack, or Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and tools for network operations
• Proficient knowledge of peer domains including RAN, CS, and IP
• Experience working in multi-vendor Packet Core environments
