About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze first-, second-, and third-party customer data to identify behavioral, demographic, and transactional cohorts
  • Draft structured segmentation frameworks and perform feasibility checks to ensure segment viability for media spend
  • Build holistic audience profiles by aggregating qualitative and quantitative data points
  • Create visual audience profile decks to guide creative and media planning teams
  • Build and configure audience segments within Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Data Management Platforms (DMPs)
  • Manage and troubleshoot automated data syncs from internal databases to external ad networks like Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Audit audience sizes, match rates, and data pipelines to ensure accuracy and privacy compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, analytics, or general business
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with advanced Excel skills
  • Strong understanding of fundamental marketing concepts

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or advertising technology (AdTech) or media planning/buying
  • Hands-on experience working with third-party data providers such as Experian
