Specialist Project Management

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage functional delivery within commercial projects for the Toxicology business unit
• Coordinate tasking with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, and IT
• Create and manage project schedules, tactical delivery scope, and functional delivery strategies
• Develop project documentation such as communication plans, risk/issue logs, and status reporting
• Provide project management oversight for small to medium tactical delivery assignments
• Track project progress and proactively communicate the impact of changes in scope, resources, or timelines to stakeholders
• Ensure teams are prepared for key business and IT software review meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience supporting projects through planning, execution, and delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Workplace Drug Testing, Occupational Health, healthcare, or other regulated environments
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet or MS Project
• Experience in client-facing roles and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
