Specialist, Program Management

Responsibilities

• Act as a Program Manager and IPT Leader for a Foreign Military Sales tactical special mission aircraft program.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned contract scope and proposals.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Contracts, Legal, Finance, Quality, and Security.
• Build trust-based relationships with teams, customers, peers, and leadership through effective communication and regular presentations.
• Direct the work of functional employees in the execution of assigned projects, monitoring performance against milestones.
• Develop and maintain baselines for suppliers to ensure overall program performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, OR
• Graduate degree with 2 years of related experience, OR
• 12 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing sustainment projects for military ISR platforms.
• Experience in customer liaison roles, including interfacing with high-level customer representatives.
• Proven ability to support multiple efforts and adapt to changing priorities in high-pressure situations.
• Strong ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels, including executive leadership.
