Specialist, Program Management

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of program planning, execution, strategy, and management for the Missile Solution Segment.
• Drive program action to achieve business and financial objectives, including orders, revenue, profit, and cash flow.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for designated project areas.
• Act as the primary customer interface for program activities, including proposal development, negotiations, and execution reviews.
• Coordinate program support, production, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time and on-budget deliveries.
• Develop and implement plans for follow-on production programs.
• Participate in business planning cycles to forecast awards, margins, sales, and profit.
• Provide guidance to project teams to resolve complex technical or operational problems.
• Travel up to 25% to other L3Harris and customer sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years of relevant program management experience; OR
• Graduate Degree with at least 2 years of related program management experience; OR
• 8 years of prior related program management experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance or a finance-related discipline.
• Project Management Institute (PMI) certification.
• Demonstrated managerial-level leadership experience.
• Extensive knowledge of financial management and business development practices.
• Experience with DoD contract execution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
