Specialist - Procurement

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and actionable conclusions
• Translate data findings into clear reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
• Support problem-solving using both analytical and creative approaches
• Work with management to prioritize business needs across segments
• Collaborate closely with SSCM teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain effective data collection systems and data quality processes
• Maintain and update data dictionary and definitions

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Planning or Procurement
• Strong knowledge of Purchasing, Planning, and Supply Chain processes
• Ability to analyze the impact of metrics and evaluate KPIs
• Knowledge of BOMs and product structure
• Strong oral and written communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work as a team player and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering Degree
• Experience with Kinaxis, MSTR, Teradata, or Tableau
• Knowledge of Master Scheduling, Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), and pricing
