Specialist, Process Engineer FE

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production processes to identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.
• Develop and design manufacturing processes that meet product specifications and quality standards.
• Implement Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to systematically assess and prioritize production line risks.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve manufacturing issues and prevent recurrence.
• Integrate innovative technologies and automation into existing processes to enhance precision and efficiency.
• Collaborate with materials specialists to evaluate and test new supply materials and equipment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance to ensure seamless manufacturing integration.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma degree or higher in Production, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or process engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Minitab, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply statistical tools.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Master or Six Sigma belt certification.
• Experience with advanced statistical techniques and change management.
• Knowledge of OHSE and ISO standards.
