Specialist Preventive Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth plant operation through maintenance, repair, and lubrication management (including blowers)
• Take responsibility for the lubrication plan and continuously develop it
• Support repairs, maintenance, and assembly work, including cross-functional team tasks
• Supervise and monitor external service providers from a technical perspective
• Collaborate closely with maintenance, production, and quality management departments

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in mechanics, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification with professional experience
• Profound knowledge of mechanics
• Experience in assembly, specifically with bearings, couplings, and motors
• Confident handling of lubricants and their application
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Solution-oriented, flexible, and agile mindset with strong teamwork skills
• High level of safety and quality awareness, working independently and reliably
