Specialist, Pre-Series Material Planner - Overseas Parts

Responsibilities

• Monitor and check gross and demand calculations for Overseas Parts
• Coordinate deliveries and dates with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses
• Check sub-stocks and overstocks using available IT systems
• Maintain relevant master data and pre-series parameters
• Ensure part availability for new project milestones including VFF, PVS, 0 series, and SOP
• Coordinate special measures with logistics providers and production in case of supply problems
• Organize parts provision for pre-series vehicles
• Coordinate cross-divisional change requests with Quality, Technical development, and Assembly

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in logistics or production within the automotive industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in scheduling or pre-series logistics
• Strong understanding of production environments and complex IT systems
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
