About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and check gross and demand calculations for Overseas Parts
- Coordinate deliveries and dates with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses
- Check sub-stocks and overstocks using available IT systems
- Maintain relevant master data and pre-series parameters
- Ensure part availability for new project milestones including VFF, PVS, 0 series, and SOP
- Coordinate special measures with logistics providers and production in case of supply problems
- Organize parts provision for pre-series vehicles
- Coordinate cross-divisional change requests with Quality, Technical development, and Assembly
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in logistics or production within the automotive industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in scheduling or pre-series logistics
- Strong understanding of production environments and complex IT systems
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
