Specialist - Planning

Responsibilities

• Audit data for accuracy and prepare summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics, and charts
• Collect, compile, and present various types of data from multiple sources, including customer BOM reports and PPV metrics
• Resolve data integrity issues and proactively escalate potential issues related to metrics
• Track material financial performance and initiate corrective actions when required
• Manage daily RMA transactions and create weekly purchase orders for client parts
• Update content lists and item masters while managing consigned parts supply
• Support supply chain transfer and risk management for New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Provide detailed bill of materials research and perform supplier scorecard reporting
• Suggest process and communication improvements for metric tracking activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Engineering degree
• 3+ years of experience in Planning or Supply Chain
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP/P2P systems such as BAAN, SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or Pulse
• Knowledge of Engineering BOMs, product structure, EOL, and ECO Management
• Understanding of the complete planning cycle, including MPS, MRP, Demand Planning, and Production Planning
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
