Specialist - Planning

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Audit data for accuracy and prepare summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts
• Collect, compile, and present data including customer BOM reports, staff metrics, and PPV metrics
• Resolve data integrity issues and proactively escalate potential metric-related issues
• Track materials financial performance and initiate corrective actions when required
• Manage weekly purchase orders, client data entry, and item master updates
• Act as a window for client material supply and bulk RMA services
• Support supply chain transfer and risk management for New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Perform general reporting and activities for supplier scorecarding

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Planning or Supply Chain Purchasing
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP/P2P systems such as BAAN, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong knowledge of the complete planning cycle, including MPS, MRP, and Demand Planning
• Knowledge of Engineering BOMs, product structure, EOL, and ECO Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Kinaxis planning tools
