About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Hoffmann Programme on Planetary Science for Economic Futures, managing global cohorts and senior leadership communities.
  • Support application, selection, onboarding, and engagement processes for planetary leaders across academic and non-profit institutions.
  • Manage cohort communications, community touchpoints, and engagement activities.
  • Maintain cohort records, engagement tracking, and programme data using Salesforce and other internal systems.
  • Plan and deliver annual fellowship gatherings, workshops, and dialogue sessions, including logistics and speaker preparation.
  • Conduct desk research and mapping exercises related to planetary science and economic futures.
  • Collaborate with communications and events teams to support programme delivery and storytelling.

Requirements

  • University degree in sustainability, environmental studies, public policy, economics, international relations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in programme coordination, community management, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience supporting multi-stakeholder initiatives or global communities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and collaboration tools like Slack.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with academic, research, or fellowship programmes.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
