Specialist Physician

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced medical care in the home, including end-of-life care, focusing on symptom relief and quality of life
• Take responsibility for and develop care quality
• Contribute to good collaboration within the multidisciplinary team
• Supervise and support ST-doctors (specialist trainees)
• Document in the Take Care journal system and plan care in Alfa Welfare

Requirements

• Specialist physician with any patient-oriented specialty
• Interest in home healthcare and palliative care
• Knowledge of, or great interest in, pain and symptom relief
• Strong collaborative skills and high personal suitability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in end-of-life care and conducting difficult conversations
• Certification or specialist competence in palliative medicine
