About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, handling inquiries with professionalism and care
- Support end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
- Partner with Senior People Partners and legal teams on complex employee relations matters and investigations
- Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant with local labor laws while reinforcing company culture
- Identify trends and leverage data insights to recommend process improvements and support decision-making
- Collaborate with global HR colleagues to drive cross-regional initiatives and strengthen organizational health
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3-7 years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment
- Solid understanding of core HR processes such as the employee lifecycle and performance management
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment law
- Experience working with HRIS systems
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM)
- Exposure to immigration processes
