Specialist, People Partner

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, handling inquiries with professionalism and care
• Support end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
• Partner with Senior People Partners and legal teams on complex employee relations matters and investigations
• Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant with local labor laws while reinforcing company culture
• Identify trends and leverage data insights to recommend process improvements and support decision-making
• Collaborate with global HR colleagues to drive cross-regional initiatives and strengthen organizational health

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 3-7 years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment
• Solid understanding of core HR processes such as the employee lifecycle and performance management
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment law
• Experience working with HRIS systems

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM)
• Exposure to immigration processes
