About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary frontline point of contact for employee inquiries, managing and resolving tickets within ServiceNow.
  • Execute and administer employee data changes across the full lifecycle within Workday and other internal systems.
  • Handle sensitive employee data in strict adherence to GDPR, local privacy regulations, and Risk & Control principles.
  • Manage lifecycle documentation, including contracts and addendums, in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Conduct monthly payroll report validations and partner with external providers to ensure accurate registrations.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and process gaps to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with baseline administrative tasks related to visa and immigration processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in People Operations.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems; experience with Workday is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and hybrid environment.
