About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary frontline point of contact for employee inquiries, managing and resolving tickets within ServiceNow.
- Execute and administer employee data changes across the full lifecycle within Workday and other internal systems.
- Handle sensitive employee data in strict adherence to GDPR, local privacy regulations, and Risk & Control principles.
- Manage lifecycle documentation, including contracts and addendums, in compliance with local labor laws.
- Conduct monthly payroll report validations and partner with external providers to ensure accurate registrations.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and process gaps to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with baseline administrative tasks related to visa and immigration processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in People Operations.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems; experience with Workday is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and hybrid environment.
