About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary frontline point of contact for employee inquiries, managing and resolving tickets within ServiceNow.
  • Execute and administer employee data changes across the full lifecycle within Workday and other internal systems.
  • Manage and escalate complex or sensitive cases to Tier 2, Tier 3, or specialized People Centers of Excellence.
  • Ensure data integrity and privacy in compliance with GDPR and local French regulations.
  • Generate and manage employee lifecycle documentation, such as contracts and addendums.
  • Conduct monthly payroll report validations and partner with external providers to ensure accurate registrations.
  • Support baseline administrative tasks related to visa and immigration processes.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in People Operations.
  • Fluency in both English and French.
  • Strong knowledge of French statutory regulations regarding People Operations and lifecycle administration.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems; experience with Workday is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and hybrid environment.
