Specialist People Development

Responsibilities

• Design and internationally expand a holistic people development approach specifically for industrial/manual employees
• Define and further develop group-wide job and activity categories to ensure structured development and comparability
• Concept and roll out target-group-specific qualification programs, including mobile learning formats, ensuring practical applicability in real-world conditions (e.g., shift work)
• Build and evolve talent management processes, including potential identification and development planning
• Support the selection and implementation of digital solutions for learning, development, and talent management
• Collaborate closely with operational units to ensure all development measures are practical and effective

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources, Adult Education, or a comparable qualification
• Multi-year experience in people development within an industrial or manual labor environment (e.g., construction, crafts, industry, or services)
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect diverse stakeholders, from construction sites to management
• Proficiency in German and good command of English
• Affinity for international topics and intercultural collaboration
