About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and internationally expand a holistic people development approach specifically for industrial/manual employees
- Define and further develop group-wide job and activity categories to ensure structured development and comparability
- Concept and roll out target-group-specific qualification programs, including mobile learning formats, ensuring practicality in real-world conditions (e.g., shift work)
- Build and evolve talent management processes, including potential identification and development planning
- Assist in the selection and implementation of digital solutions to support learning, development, and talent management
- Collaborate closely with operational units to ensure all development measures are practical and effective on-site
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources, Business Administration, Adult Education, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in people development within an industrial or manual labor environment (e.g., construction, crafts, industry, or services)
- Deep understanding of the specific requirements and framework conditions for industrial employees
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect diverse stakeholders, from construction sites to management
- Proficiency in German and good command of English
- Affinity for international topics and intercultural collaboration
