Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities across HR processes and translate them into robust workflow and RPA solutions.
• Develop, test, and maintain automation workflows using tools such as Workday Illuminate, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, and ServiceNow Flow Designer.
• Optimize integrations between Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and Microsoft tools to reduce manual steps and drive accuracy.
• Manage the full lifecycle of automation projects from concept and design to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Engage with HR stakeholders to understand process needs and provide guidance on automation best practices.
• Collaborate with IT integration teams and People AI Solutions Architects to enable seamless cross-platform workflows.
• Document workflow logic, interfaces, test cases, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, HR Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Several years of hands-on experience in automation and RPA development.
• Experience working with HR platforms such as Workday or ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong understanding of APIs, connectors, authentication methods, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into structured automation concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is an advantage.
