Specialist Pathology

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of tissue biopsies, body fluids, and other specimens to identify pathological conditions
• Interpret and report pathology findings accurately and in a timely manner
• Work closely with clinical teams to correlate pathological results with patient management
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and provide expert opinions
• Maintain compliance with laboratory standards and contribute to continuous quality improvement
• Stay abreast of developments and innovations in the pathology field through ongoing professional education

Requirements

• Medical degree with specialization in Pathology and valid medical licensure
• Proven experience as a Specialist in Pathology within a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in diagnostic techniques, microscopic examination, and interpretation of pathological specimens
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to diagnostic accuracy
• Up-to-date knowledge of laboratory regulations, safety protocols, and quality assurance processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and consultations
