About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive partner engagement, customer retention, and revenue growth for a top tech account
- Conduct monthly and quarterly consultative reviews and health checks to analyze partner needs
- Use predictive data to identify at-risk customers and create specific talk tracks for customer health
- Manage high volumes of customer contacts daily via phone and email
- Maintain high CRM hygiene to ensure all relevant data is captured accurately
- Manage channel escalations and coordinate prompt resolutions while maintaining communication with clients
- Create and deliver training to sales teams to promote product value and strategic growth opportunities
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales roles
- Professional fluency in English, French, and Spanish
- Proven experience in high-volume calling environments
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate business value to customers
- Experience using email, phone, and video communication tools
